The Director oversees the overall strategy and direction of BNA Housing CIC. They provide leadership to ensure that our mission of supporting residents’ housing needs is met with excellence. - Housing Manager
Reporting directly to the Director, the Housing Manager is responsible for managing daily operations and coordinating efforts across different departments to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.- Housing Support Officer
The Housing Support Officer leads our support efforts, ensuring that residents receive the assistance they need. This role also manages a team of Housing Support Workers, who work closely with residents to provide hands-on support and address their day-to-day housing needs. - Site Maintenance Officer
The Site Maintenance Officer oversees the upkeep and maintenance of all our properties. This role ensures that residents have safe, clean, and well-maintained environments, handling everything from repairs to regular inspections. - Benefits Officer
The Benefits Officer is dedicated to helping residents access the benefits they are entitled to. They assist with applications, documentation, and other support, ensuring our residents have the resources they need for a stable and comfortable living experience.
